Located In Troy, Missouri
Jim Arifi founded Zadock's Restaurant while JJ was finishing college back in Macedonia. Upon establishing Zadock's he gave the honor of choosing the restaurants name to the city. The city chose Zadock's because they are the founding family of Troy.
When Jim retired, his son JJ took over the family business. JJ had worked through every job available at Zadock's from host, server, dishwasher, office manager and more. JJ permanently moved to Troy about five years ago and his family was able to join him about three years ago. Zadock's has been in it's original location for 15 years.
